You send us a photo of your living room and your children's letters. We create a short film of Santa standing in your room, holding their letters and talking to them by name.
Within 48 hours, or 12 hours with express delivery. A real person checks every video before it's sent.
Stand back so we can see the fireplace or tree and a clear patch of floor where Santa can stand. Good light helps. Please make sure nobody is in the photo.
You choose the details — names, something to praise, the treat to leave out and where the reindeer were last seen. Santa's words come from our own scripts so every message is just right for little ears.
They're stored privately and only used to make your video. We delete all photos and videos 30 days after delivery, or straight away if you ask.
Email hello@santajustcalled.com and we'll put it right or refund you.
